Statement of REACH Substances of Very High Concern(SVHC)

We Dongguan BroadTop Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. hereby declare and guarantee that all products have been designed and manufactured will be surveyed in accordance to the list of candidate substance of very high concern (SVHC) of REACH regulation, the latest 169 substances updated on June 20, 2016.

We herewith state that none of the products we deliver to Phoenix Technologies Ltd. contain any of the candidate substances in the list at a concentration > 0.1 % by weight (1,000 ppm). Please refer to the following for the most current candidate list of substances: http://echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table.

Once we signed this REACH Compliance Declaration, we shall agree to take liabilities when supplied parts or materials violates the agreed specification under this REACH Compliance declaration.

We will continuously observe the changes on candidate list. Any changes related to
REACH regulations will be communicated in a timely manner to customer of respective products.
